Rich Internet (micro) TV portals with increasing interactivity are emerging. They include social as well as media immersion – more than just content, but a complete platform. The question is what telecoms can offer as a platform provider.
Cable is everything but boring. While Web2.0 and Telco2.0 gets all the attention right now, a quiet revolution is taking place in the cable industry. And I’m talking big bucks product, service, and technology innovations.
Hulu is for the occasional glance at a TV series, or watching an older movie, where you will skip forward and backward a couple of times, and Netflix for a really nice quality without ad interruptions.
